Outkast's Big Boi Readies New Album, Dungeon Family Move In The Works

Outkast rapper Big Boi is currently gearing up for the release of his solo album Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. The Atlanta emcee recently revealed to The Las Vegas Sun that the album will be hitting shelves in the summer.

"It will be coming out in two months, three months at the most. Juneish, Julyish," Big Boi revealed. "I’m finished with it right now; I’ve been working on it for two years straight. I’ve got T.I. on the album, Jamie Foxx is on the record. The whole album is stupid."

Big Boi also revealed that he plans to reunite with his partner in rhyme Andre 3000 to release another Outkast album. Andre 3000 is also releasing a solo album this year.

"We’re going to try to get all three of them out (this year) … It depends on how fast Dre finishes his record,” Big Boi said.

Big Boi also revealed earlier this week via an online video that a movie based on  The Dungeon Family is currently in the works and he has two more pilots in the bag.
