Rick Ross & David Banner Give Wilmer Valderrama Gangsta Makeover In New Flick

Though known in Hollywood for his lighter roles, Wilmer Valderrama is set to show a different side of his acting chops in Days Of Wrath starring alongside rappers David Banner, Rick Ross, Kurupt and Slim Thug in the indie gangster flick.

The film, directed by first-time director Celia Fox, tells a story about how the lives of gang members, a teacher, a TV news crew intertwine in the city of Los Angeles. Valderrama will play a ruthless gang leader who compiles a world of enemies after his renegade antics turn sour.

The film will also star Taye Diggs as the owner of a fledgling TV station who begins to boost the station's ratings after he begins reporting on the surge of gang violence in the area but has his success threatened by one of the gang's leaders.

Laurence Fishburne, who also stars in the movie, takes on the part of a teacher who tries to deter children from following the gang lifestyle. The gritty urban tale will also see a host of MCs trading in their mics for the big screen, including David Banner, Kurupt, Slim Thug and Rick Ross. The movie is set to be released in theaters later this year.
