Pimp C Lights It Up For DJ Smallz's "Southern Smoke" Series

DJ Smallz has just joined forces with UGK's Pimp C for Southern Smoke 25: The Welcome Home Party, the latest installment of his Southern Smoke series.

Smoke marks the first mixtape Pimp has hosted since being released from prison.

The mixtape will also premiere Pimp's first single, "Hold Up," featuring Bun B and Paul Wall. Smoke also features T.I.'s UGK remake "Front To Back" with Pimp and Bun as well as "I'm N Luv Wit A Stripper" remix from T. Pain featuring R. Kelly and Akon. The compilation also includes freestyles and exclusive remixes from stars such as Scarface, Slim Thug, Lil' Wayne, Young Jeezy, Lil' Flip, Mike Jones, Paul Wall and Chamillionaire.

"It was an honor," DJ Smallz told SOHH.com. "I've worked with Bun B on a couple of projects in the past. So as soon as Pimp C came out, Bun said 'Southern Smoke' was definitely one of the first branches he wanted to associate Pimp C with. For us to be the first to do a mixtape with him it's a once in a lifetime situation. Pimp C has never done a mixtape ever. This is the first, history in the making."

DJ Smallz's Southern Smoke 25: The Welcome Home Party hosted by Pimp C is scheduled to hit stores March 10.
