Rapper Chinx Shot And Killed In Queens
Chinx, who was 31 at the time of his death, was a part of French Montana's Coke Boys collective and appeared frequently on a series of mixtapes titled Coke Boys and released his own mixtape series called Cocaine Riot.
Details on his murder remain scarce but the emcee was reportedly inside a vehicle in the Jamaica section of Queens when he was shot by a still-unknown gunman.
"Chinx was one of the most talented, professional, and determined rappers this industry had to offer," said Legion Media Group publicist Chanel Rae. "Further more, he was a friend."
Just last week Chinx was featured on a new song released by MeetSims. Listen to that track, "Rounds," here.
Meek Mill gave a sobering condolences to his comrade Chinx.
