DMX Says Cops “Suck D**K” & Rap Currently “Sucks” (VIDEO)

DMX gave a rare video interview to 359HIPHOP where the Dark Man spoke on his recent arrests and the current state of Hip Hop. The rapper had several run ins with the law in South Carolina last year. He was taken into custody four times for various violations including driving without a license, DUI, and marijuana possession. According to X, those arrests are not going to stop him from driving.

“Who the f**k gets locked up for driving without a license? Me, because I’m famous. Police suck d**k,” says DMX. “You want to pull me over and lock me up. Then do what you do, but I’ll be right back out doing the same f**king thing I was doing eight hours ago.”

The conversation then turned to the state of rap music at the moment, and X did not hold back in expressing that he is not feeling a lot of Hip Hop right now.

“The quality of rap f**king sucks right now. There are some nice rappers, there are some talented rappers out there, but for the more part n**as suck,” adds X. “Take it how you want to take it. Bring it. What?”

The multiplatinum selling emcee also chastises the interviewer for asking him about Eminem, speaks on his plans to become a pastor, and offers advice to young aspiring rappers.

“If you’re going to rap, do it because you love to do it and have a purpose,” suggests DMX.
