Boyz N da Hood Drive By With Sophomore Set

 Boyz N da Hood are slated to release their sophomore album titled Back Up N Da Chevy this summer.

The Atlanta bred group, which gained national attention in 2005 via their hit single "Dem Boyz" is comprised of Big Gee, Jody Breeze, Duke and Gorilla Zoe, who replaced Young Jeezy.

According to Billboard, Back Up N Da Chevy features appearances from Yung Joc, Rick Ross and Ice Cube. In support of the album, the group will be kicking off a brief promo tour in Charleston, South Carolina today (May 30) and wrapping it up in Los Angeles on June 26.

Back Up N Da Chevy hits shelves on August 8 via Bad Boy/Atlantic. The group's full tour dates can be their found on their myspace page.
