Lil' Kim Comments On Diddy Collaboration, Preparing New Clothing Line

ImageLil' Kim is making her return to Hip-Hop by re-teaming with Sean "Diddy" Combs on the remix to "Last Night," taken from Combs' latest album Press Play.

The cameo appearance is the first official release from Lil' Kim, since she served over a year in a Philadelphia prison in 2005-2006, for lying to a grand jury about her knowledge of a broad daylight shooting in front of Hot 97 in 2001.

Lil' Kim was a member of Notorious B.I.G.'s Junior M.A.F.I.A. Combs produced her 1996 solo debut, Hard Core.

Combs also produced her second album, 2000's Notorious K.I.M. The album's best known single was "How Many Licks" featuring Dru Hill member Sisqo.

The pair have not collaborated since the release of Notorious K.I.M.

"We've always had amazing chemistry together," Lil' Kim said in a press release. "It was a great feeling to pick back up where we left off years ago and do it again."

There are also several additional remixes to "Last Night," which feature The Game, Busta Rhymes, Rich Boy, Noreaga, and Yung Joc.

"I appreciate all of the people who have constantly supported the album and also appeared on the remixes," Diddy said. "And a special 'thank you' to Keyshia Cole for blessing this track with her beautiful vocals."

Lil Kim is also preparing to launch a new clothing line, 24-7 Star and a new book, Price of Loyalty.
