Papoose Heads to High School to Help Students; Preps New Mixtape

Brooklyn rapper Papoose will be on hand in his hometown to assist students as they prepare to return to school.

Tomorrow (September 7th), Papoose will hit Bedford Academy High to hand out school supplies and encourage students.

Pap has teamed with project Re—Generation and Children of Promise NYC, to assist in the distribution of the school supplies, to over 100 elementary and middle school students.

Papoose decided to become involved in the event because he believes that young people are likely to receive more support, if they graduate from high school.

One way the rapper is helping is by connecting students with organizations in the community, who can assist them as they pursue higher education.

The rapper will take pictures and sign autographs, in addition to handing out school supplies and interacting with students.

In related news, Papoose is preparing to release a new mixtape titled King of New York, on September 11th.

That mixtape is a precursor to his upcoming Nacirema Dream, which will be released on his own label Honor B4 Money Records.
