T.I. Back Sent Back To Federal Prison One Day After Release

Rapper T.I. is back in a federal prison, just one day after being released from a Forrest City, Arkansas prison for violating his probation.

T.I. was taken from a halfway house earlier this morning, for allegedly misleading prison officials about his mode of transportation from prison, to the halfway house.

Law enforcement officials told TMZ.com that T.I. misled prison officials, who believed he would be taking a van to the halfway house, instead of a high-end tour bus with members of his entourage in tow.

Officials stated that T.I. should have let them know that he was taking a “party bus” to the halfway house. Now, TI is sitting in federal custody in an Atlanta prison as a result of the infraction.

"We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with TI's method of transportation, bus, from Arkansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence," his attorney Steve Sadow told TMZ.com.

T.I.'s wife tells TMZ ... multiple prison officials actually saw the tour bus that picked up the rapper yesterday -- and even took photos with T.I. in front of it -- and NOBODY raised an issue.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle tells ... when the tour bus rolled up to the Arkansas prison yesterday, prison officials "Walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life."

Tiny says, "This is a bunch of bulls**t ... they should have said something before he got on the bus ... T.I. would have politely gotten into a van."

She adds, "T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"
