Curren$y Signs To Asylum/Warner Bros

Former Young Money rapper Curren$y has found a new major label home with Asylum/Warner Bros.

The New Orleans native was once signed to imprints from Lil' Wayne, Master P and C-Murder before his current recording home, but eventual fared best as an indie sensation.

In 2009, his career truly saw a resurgence with  the release of This Ain’t No Mixtape and Jet Files through Amalgam Digital.

In 2010, Curren$y received acclaim for his Pilot Talk and Pilot Talk II albums through Damon Dash’s BluRoc Records which is distributed through Def Jam Recordings.
