Snoop Dogg Explains 'Doggumentary'

West coast veteran Snoop Dogg has announced that Doggumentary Music, his 11th studio album, will land in stores this March.

The album is Snoop's first official release as an artist under his current role at the Chief Creative Officer at Priority Records/EMI.

According to Snoop Dogg, he has not lost his love for recording and releasing music since he started his professional career, back in 1992 on the theme to "Deep Cover (187)" with Dr. Dre.

“I have been in the game for so long and still have the same passion I did when I first started," Snoop Dogg said. "I want my fans to ride with me on this one and know that I am so focused on bringing good music to them. It’s called Doggumentary Music because this is my life and I want to share my music, and my process of making it, with the fans.”

The first single from Doggumentary Music is title "New Year's Eve" and is currently available for purchase on iTunes.

Additionally, Snoop Dogg is planning to "doggument" the moments prior to the release of his album, in addition to hosting Ustream chats explaining how he made the album.
