50 Cent's 'Self Destruct' Moves 159K In Opening Week

The official first week numbers for 50 Cent's latest album have surfaced.

According to XXL, Before I Self Destruct sold 159,700 copies in its opening week and landed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.

This marks the first time in 50's career that he has failed to ship over 500,000 copies in his opening week.  It also ranks as his lowest opening week.

50 has enjoyed stellar first week sales since his official debut in 2003.

Get Rich Or Die Trying scored 872,000 copies, The Massacre cashed in over 1,000,000 copies and Curtis rolled in 691,000  copies.

Before I Self Destruct landed in stores last week. The album features appearances from Ne-Yo, Eminem and R. Kelly.
